Product Introduction:
●Moisture is an important indicator for measuring the quality of fire-resistant fuel. The moisture in the fire-resistant oil will undergo hydrolysis under high temperature and pressure, causing deterioration of the fire-resistant oil; At the same time, the moisture in the fire-resistant oil can corrode hydraulic components such as pumps and valves, causing a decrease in hydraulic system performance and particle pollution. So, controlling moisture is a problem that must be solved in the use of fire-resistant fuels.Usually, moisture enters the fire-resistant fuel through air.
●Traditional vacuum dehydration and adsorption dehydration equipment adopt a separation method for dehydration after the increase of moisture in the fuel tank, while the TMR series anti fuel dehydration device controls the increase of moisture from the source. Reduce the moisture in the fire-resistant oil according to its formation method, use dry air to remove the moisture in the fire-resistant oil, keep the water content in the medium at a low level, and remove the existing moisture in the medium.
Installation requirements:

Dehydration effect:
The attached figure shows the usage of the TMR fire-resistant oil dehydration device in the EH system of a power plant. From the graph, it can be seen that between 2005 and 2006, the moisture content of the EH system was between 1100ppm and 1600ppm. Due to the influence of air humidity, the moisture content was slightly higher in summer and slightly lower in winter. In February 2007, the TMR anti fuel dehydration device was installed, and the moisture content of the EH system decreased from 1150ppm to 100ppm within 7 days, and remained below 200ppm thereafter.
Under such water content conditions, the degradation rate of fire-resistant oil and the production rate of acidic substances are greatly reduced, and the maintenance cost of fire-resistant oil decreases.
