Equipment usage:
This series of high and low temperature test samples is widely used in aviation, aerospace, electronic and electrical products, instruments and meters, materials, components, equipment, etc. for routine high and low temperature tests, cold resistance tests, and low temperature storage, in order to analyze and evaluate the performance and behavior under the proposed environmental conditions during the test.
Structural characteristics of high and low temperature test chamber:
The box is formed by a CNC digital working machine, with a beautiful and elegant circular arc shape, and a flat non reactive handle for easy operation.
The interior of the box is made of SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, and the exterior is made of SECC steel plate, which has been painted to increase the appearance texture and cleanliness.
The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the test chamber bright, and the embedded glass inside the heating body is used to maintain clear observation of the condition inside the test chamber at all times.
The insulation layer of the box is made of high-strength PU foam and high-density glass fiber cotton, with a thickness of 10 cm, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.
There are two 50mm diameter test holes on the left and upper sides of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
Programmable controller:
The controller adopts an imported touch type true color LCD microcomputer controller, which is beautiful and attractive.
The product adopts a resistive high-precision touch screen operation method, which allows users to directly click on the screen with a USB mouse or stylus to select functions or set parameters.
