Instrument performance
A specialized chromatographic analysis system launched by Huifen Instrument Company is mainly used for the analysis of oxygen-containing compounds such as alcohols, ethers, and benzene in gasoline. Its process design fully meets GB17930-2006 "Automotive Gasoline"; GB18351-2004 "Ethanol Gasoline for Vehicles"; SH/T0663 "Determination of Certain Alcohols and Ether Oxygenates in Gasoline"; According to SH/T0693 "Determination of Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Gasoline". After the instrument is equipped with specialized analysis software, it can directly calculate various national standard required result expressions such as volume fraction, mass fraction, volume percentage, and mass percentage, and has density conversion function.

Analysis method
Add the internal standard ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (DME) to the sample, first enter the TCEP pre cut column, empty the light hydrocarbons, and then switch between methylcyclopentane and methyl tert butyl ether to allow oxygen-containing compounds to enter the WCOT column. After the tert pentyl methyl ether flows out, blow back the heavy hydrocarbon components.
Analysis of benzene and toluene: Add the internal standard 2-hexanone to the sample, first enter the TCEP pre cut column, and empty C9Compared to C9Light non aromatic hydrocarbons are then switched before benzene flows out, allowing benzene, toluene, and 2-hexanone to enter the WCOT column.
