Anaerobic incubators belong to a separate family of Jinlan incubator series, and are specialized instruments and equipment designed for the cultivation and operation of anaerobic microbial species, animals and plants, soft tissues, stem cells, etc. in anaerobic and dilute oxygen growth environments. This device can provide a highly anaerobic state, a constant temperature cultivation environment, and a systematic and scientific working area, greatly improving the survival environment of anaerobic cultures while minimizing the possibility of anaerobic cultures dying in the atmosphere under normal experimental conditions, optimizing the environment and saving research costs. The equipment consists of a constant temperature cultivation room, an anaerobic operation room, a vacuum sampling chamber, an air circuit, and a circuit control system. 1. The Jinlan incubator series temperature control system adopts a high-precision microcomputer digital display regulator (PID), which can accurately and directly observe the temperature and environmental composition inside the incubator.
2. The equipment is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps and manually controlled for disinfection and sterilization.
3. The pneumatic device can accurately adjust the flow rate and input various required gases at will.
4. The air circuit switch adopts a locking switch to control the solenoid valve, and the operation is flexible. Under the condition of stopping gas supply, the anaerobic state can be maintained for about 12 hours with strong airtightness. When it exceeds 12 hours, the culture needs to be taken out and stored separately according to laboratory conditions.
5. The front window of the operating room is made of front special thickened transparent glass, which can clearly and directly observe the indoor operation situation. Plastic gloves are used for operation, which are reliable, comfortable, flexible, and easy to use.
6. The cultivation room is equipped with a built-in deoxygenation catalyst, which can better absorb residual oxygen in the cultivation operation room.
7. High safety factor. Equipped with an over temperature alarm function, when the temperature inside the box exceeds the alarm set value, it can automatically cut off the heating circuit and emit an audible and visual alarm signal.

4、 Attention:
1. To adjust the pressure value of the gas cylinder, first adjust the pressure reducing valves that come standard with the gas cylinder, so that the input pressure value is around 0.1Mpa, and carefully check whether the connections between the nitrogen cylinder and the mixed gas cylinder, as well as the box body, are complete and whether there is any air leakage to avoid mixing with air.
2. The experimental materials can only be placed after the anaerobic environment required by the equipment is reached in the operating room at the beginning of the experiment.
3. Regularly add vacuum pump specific oil (0 # or 100 # is better) to the rotary vane vacuum pump, check if the oil discharge valve is closed, and observe if there is oil accumulation on the ground.
4. Place 1Kg palladium particles (sealed) in the operating room for deoxygenation, dehumidify by the condensing system, and place anaerobic indicators.
5. The operating room needs to repeat nitrogen replacement about twice, and after replacing the mixed gas, the oxygen content has reached the minimum limit value about three times.
