The content of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) in water is one of the important indicators for measuring water quality. Ammonia nitrogen is a nutrient in water bodies that can cause eutrophication. It is the main oxygen consuming pollutant in water bodies and is toxic to fish and certain aquatic organisms. This series of products complies with the HJ 536 industry standard of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and is suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water, groundwater, municipal sewage, and industrial wastewater.

Ammonia nitrogen prefabricated tube reagentOperation method:

1：Take out two ammonia nitrogen prefabricated tubes, one of which is filled with 0.1mL of ultrapure water as the blank value, and the other is filled with 0.1mL of the water sample to be tested;

2：Add one packet of ammonia nitrogen (HR) (I) powder to the pre made tubes that have already been filled with blank and water samples, and wait for 2 minutes；

3：Add one packet of ammonia nitrogen (HR) (Ⅰ) powder to the pre made tubes of blank and water samples, respectively；

4：Shake the prefabricated tube to dissolve the powder；

5：After shaking, wait for 20 minutes；

6：Clean the outer wall of the tube with dust-free paper；

10: Put the processed blank prefabricated tube into the instrument to read zero; Place the processed sample tube into the instrument for reading.

Note:It can directly replace mainstream brand reagents without the need to reconstruct the curve.
