
Product Introduction:
Alloy scraper flowmeter is a new type of volumetric flowmeter with unique design, precision machining and precision assembly. The scraper flowmeter has only one rotor and rotates at a constant speed. When used to measure liquid flow in pipelines, it has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, smooth operation, no pulsation, low noise, sand control, long service life, and strong adaptability to viscosity changes. Therefore, it is widely used in measuring devices for the transfer and trade settlement of crude oil, high water content crude oil, residual oil, refined oil, light hydrocarbons and other media in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, transportation, and terminal industries.
The alloy scraper flowmeter can indicate on site, read the code directly, and can be equipped with a pulse transmitter to output electrical pulse signals (or current signals) for display instruments and computer processing, enabling remote centralized control of pipeline flow and achieving automation.

Working principle of alloy scraper flowmeter
The measuring chamber of the alloy scraper flowmeter consists of a measuring box, a rotor housing, a cover plate, and an alloy scraper. These known volume measuring chambers serve as the measuring unit of the flowmeter to measure the fluid. The drill of the flowmeter is driven to rotate by the small pressure difference at its inlet and outlet, and continuously sends the liquid from the inlet to the outlet through the measuring chamber. The rotor transmits the number of rotations to the counting mechanism through the sealed coupling and transmission system, directly indicating the total amount of liquid flowing through the flowmeter.
