The Hongji Clean Transfer Window is a supporting equipment for clean rooms, installed between different cleanliness levels to transfer items. It not only self purifies items, but also acts as an air lock to prevent air convection between clean rooms.


工作原理

1. Mechanical interlocking device: Interlocking is achieved internally through mechanical means. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened and must be closed before opening the other door.

2. Electronic interlocking device: Integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. are used internally to achieve interlocking. When one door is opened, the other door's opening indicator light does not light up, indicating that the door cannot be opened. At the same time, the electromagnetic lock is activated to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the other door starts working, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened.

laminar flowTransfer window is a new type of clean transfer window. After coarse filtration, the air is pressurized into the static pressure box by a low-noise centrifugal fan, and then passes through a high-efficiency filter. After equalization, it passes through the working area at a uniform wind speed, forming a clean working environment. The air outlet can also be equipped with nozzles to increase the wind speed, in order to meet the requirement of blowing off dust on the surface of objects.
The doors on both sides of the laminar flow transfer window are equipped with mechanical or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that both doors cannot be in the open state at the same time. Therefore, it can reduce the communication between clean and non clean areas.

(1) Set self purification delay time as needed;
(2) Press the switch button on the door side to open the same side door;
(3) Put the object into the transfer window;
(4) Close the door, the UV lamp and fan filter unit start working, and self-cleaning begins;
(5) After the delay time, press the door switch to open the same side door;
(6) Remove the item from the transfer window and close the door;
(7) Waiting for the next task.
