Product details
1、 Overview
With the rapid development of China's economy, environmental pollution has become an increasingly important social issue, and protecting the environment is the responsibility of every citizen. Zhucheng Fengxu Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has been committed to the development and research of equipment and environmental protection for many years. In response to the current situation, such as industrial wastewater from the paper industry, food industry, petroleum industry, and the actual situation of urban domestic sewage, based on the introduction of advanced sewage treatment prototypes from the United States in the 1990s, a new generation of sewage treatment equipment has been developed: the air flotation sedimentation integrated machine system.
On the basis of the original vortex concave air flotation, this device effectively combines gravity precipitation method and pressurized air flotation method. It adopts a more advanced bubble generator, which can generate a large number of uniform and small bubbles. Suspended solids such as small fibers and ink particles that are difficult to sink or float in sewage adhere to the bubbles and float to the water surface for removal. The bottom of the equipment adopts a gravity settling zone, where heavier SS is settled and removed by a sludge discharge system. This system can purify wastewater and recover useful substances, and is widely used for separating and recovering emulsified oil in petrochemical wastewater, oil and fat in meat processing plant wastewater, lanolin in wool washing wastewater in wool mills, saponification substances, fibers, fillers in paper mill wastewater, and coal powder in coal washing wastewater.
2、 Working principle
The bubble generator of the HC series air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine equipment first mixes air with sewage in the air chamber, and then disperses the liquid air mixture through the diffuser impeller, forming a large number of uniform and small bubbles in the sewage. Suspended solids with a specific gravity greater than 1 in the sewage can naturally settle and be separated under the action of gravity, while suspended particles with a specific gravity close to 1 that are difficult to settle or float up are attached by countless dispersed small bubbles in the water and float up to the water surface together with the bubbles to be separated. In this flotation process, the participation of flotation agents is required. Flotation agents can not only change the hydrophilicity of suspended solids, but also promote foaming, which can form stable small bubbles in the air in the wastewater, making it more conducive to air flotation.
Suspended solids are brought to the water surface by microbubbles to form a foam layer. The mud scraper moving along the liquid surface scrapes the foam onto the inclined metal plate and pushes it into the sludge discharge pipe. A horizontal screw propeller is installed to send the collected sludge to the sludge for collection. The propeller and the mud scraper are driven by the same motor, so the power consumption is very small. The purified sewage enters the discharge pipe through the overflow plate below the inclined plate. A liquid level controller is installed in the pipe to adjust the water level in the tank to ensure that sewage does not flow into the sludge discharge pipe. And some suspended solids with a relatively high specific gravity sink to the bottom of the equipment, and after being concentrated by a sedimentation cone, they are regularly discharged from the outside of the machine through valves.
At the same time as the bubble generator generates bubbles, a negative pressure zone is formed at the bottom of the tank due to the upward movement of the bubbles and the sewage. Under the negative pressure, the sewage continuously flows from the bottom of the tank to the air flotation zone, thereby circulating the sewage in the tank and ensuring uniform and continuous air flotation.
The processing capacity of this equipment is 5-500 cubic meters per hour, and we can design the process flow and drug formula according to the specific situation of different users.
3、 Comparison of HC series sewage treatment machines and systems with traditional sewage treatment methods
(1) Traditional sewage treatment
Gravity precipitation method, pressurized air flotation method, and jet air flotation method are currently commonly used sewage treatment methods, but they all have significant shortcomings compared to ZWFP sewage treatment system.
The gravity precipitation method is relatively simple in principle, but it requires a large investment in civil engineering. The sewage treatment speed is slow and the cost is high, especially the difficulty in discharging sludge. The discharged sludge has a high water content and complex composition, making it even more difficult to treat and recover useful substances.
Pressurized air flotation is a process in which sewage is pressurized to 3-4 atmospheres using a pressurized water pump and air is injected. In a dissolved air tank, the air dissolves in the sewage, and the sewage enters the air flotation tank through a pressure reducing valve. Due to sudden pressure reduction, the air dissolved in the sewage forms many tiny bubbles and escapes, performing air flotation. Its disadvantages are that the system is too complex, the operation is cumbersome, the operating cost is relatively expensive, and the sludge is prone to accumulate at the bottom of the tank, blocking the nozzle. Due to the complexity of the system, it includes equipment such as gas tanks, air compressors, regulating tanks, and pressure pumps, which are cumbersome to operate, require a lot of manual labor, consume a lot of power, and have high maintenance costs.
The jet air flotation method is simpler than the pressure air flotation method. The working medium is sprayed out of the nozzle at a high speed through a jet injector, forming a high-speed jet beam. When the high-speed jet beam passes through the air chamber, negative pressure is generated due to the bonding effect of the working medium, and a large amount of air is sucked in and enters the dissolved air tank, which is then sprayed out to the dissolved air tank through a pressure reducing valve. Compared with ZWF air flotation system, it has higher investment, higher power consumption, more complicated operation, more manual labor, higher maintenance costs, and lower efficiency.
(2) The advantages of HC series air flotation sewage treatment system compared with the above system
1. Small investment
This system is widely used for separating and recovering emulsified oil from petrochemical wastewater, oil and fat from meat processing plant wastewater, lanolin from wool washing wastewater in wool mills, saponification products, fibers, fillers in paper mill wastewater, and coal powder from coal washing wastewater. This system does not require pressure vessels, air compressors, booster pumps, and other equipment, which can greatly reduce the scale of sewage biochemical secondary treatment equipment and thus greatly reduce the overall investment cost.
2. Superior performance
The system can achieve a removal rate of 98% for SS, 90.4% for COD, and 89% for BOD in wastewater. After treatment, the SS in wastewater is less than 5PPM, and a large amount of useful substances such as fibers, oils, and fillers are recovered. In the system, the flow does not need to be balanced, and even if the flow changes, the equipment can still work as usual. The system is easy to operate and can achieve automated control.
3. Low sports costs and high efficiency
This system consumes only 1/8-1/10 of the power of traditional pressurized air flotation and jet air flotation, and is designed to be simple and convenient, with low maintenance costs and minimal manual operation. It can be operated without human supervision, and solid suspended solids are quickly and continuously removed. The separated sludge has high purity and low water content, reducing sludge treatment costs.
4. Small footprint and easy maintenance
The system has a processing capacity of 5-500 cubic meters per hour, and the air flotation equipment occupies an area of only 2.5-100 square meters. The civil engineering investment is particularly low, and it can be installed underground, on the ground, or at high floors according to the actual situation of the site and process, with minimal labor consumption.
5. Ozone pollution reduction
This system is a good maintenance process for sewage treatment, does not produce harmful gases such as H2S, has a good working environment, and reduces the difficulty of sludge reuse treatment.
