The air-cooled die surface granulator is mainly used for granulating materials that are prone to water absorption or difficult to absorb and dry, as well as materials that are easily affected by moisture and have adverse effects on quality. Due to the absence of moisture contact in the entire granulation process, the dehydration and drying process is eliminated, avoiding secondary contamination of the cooling water. The hot pressed material particles on the mold surface have a rounded, full, and beautiful appearance.

The conventional configuration of air-cooled die face granulator equipment includes: granulator, three-stage air delivery system, and vibrating screen. Due to the modular design of the system, users can also choose forms such as secondary air delivery and fluidized bed cooling according to process requirements.
