4. Technical principles

seedling stageThe agricultural product quality and safety traceability system is deeply integrated with the agricultural greenhouse intelligent environmental monitoring system. After the crops grow seedlings in the greenhouse, representative crops (not less than 3 plants) are selected in the greenhouse, and electronic tags are hung on the crop seedlings. Wireless RFID reading and writing devices are installed in the greenhouse. The agricultural greenhouse intelligent environmental monitoring system will regularly (such as every week) save the collected environmental data to the electronic tags through RFID reading and writing devices;

growth periodWhen the operator uses the agricultural greenhouse monitoring system to fertilize, spray pesticides, and irrigate crops, the system automatically records the operation information and actively sends it to electronic tags for storage through RFID reading and writing devices. At the same time, the system is responsible for manual input due to offline operations;

primary processingAfter the crops bear fruit and mature, the operator will perform initial processing on them. The processing personnel will automatically record the initial processing time and operator through RFID scanning equipment and save it to RFID electronic tags;

Detecting pesticide residuesAfter the initial processing is completed, the testing personnel will conduct corresponding pesticide residue testing on the vegetable crops (random sampling testing of a certain batch). After testing, the inspector will save the testing information to the system;

logistics informationWhen transporting crops and vegetables, it is necessary to retrieve the RFID tag and reset the information (reuse). The system automatically generates a QR code, which is printed by a printer and pasted on the batch of crops in the greenhouse. At the same time as generating the QR code, the system automatically binds the recorded growth environment data, pesticide residue detection information, and initial processing information with the QR code. The logistics information system administrator can manually maintain the logistics time, and can also use mobile terminal applications or scanning guns to collect the logistics start time and arrival time;

Consumer scanningThe generated QR code is affixed to the packaging of vegetables, and consumers can scan it directly through the mobile QR code program (universal). The phone will display detailed traceability information of the vegetable, including growth environment data, pesticide residue detection information, etc.
