Agilent ProSEC 300S is a silicone based filler specifically designed for protein analysis using volume exclusion chromatography. The surface modification used by ProSEC fillers to remove acidic silanol groups and reduce interactions has minimal non volume exclusion effects on various proteins. The new ProSEC 300S packing material has a labeled pore size of 300 Å and is suitable for the analysis of various spherical proteins. Its 5 µ m particle size gives it high column efficiency and enables higher separation. When using buffer salt eluent, this packing material is an ideal choice for all protein analyses.
