This machine is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum environmental protection, and can filter, clarify, and purify small impurities in various liquids.
This machine can perform initial filtration, decolorization, decarbonization, deep filtration with insulation cardboard, semi fine filtration, and fine filtration with high flow rate. It is a novel filter machine that integrates carbon steel and stainless steel. The wood machine is polished to 400 mesh inside and outside, which meets the Gmp standard. The process is well made, the performance is safe and stable, corrosion-resistant, durable, easy to operate, flexible and energy-saving, and has strong adaptability. It is a multi-purpose filtration equipment.
The filtration device of this machine is composed of multiple layers of overlapping filter screen plates and frames. The raw liquid is pressurized and enters the barrel, enters through the outer holes of the frame, and then passes through the filter medium on the screen plate. It exits through multiple small holes on the screen plate and is discharged through the qualified liquid outlet. The filter material can be selected from polypropylene filter membrane, reinforced filter membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, stainless steel screen mesh, nylon screen mesh, special filter membrane for this machine, etc. Qualified consumables can be selected according to the user.

1. This machine can withstand a high pressure of 0.5Mpa. Mechanical flange concave line compression is selected, mainly relying on consumables for sealing to prevent leakage.
2. This machine has a large flow rate, as it enters the chassis through a DN40, DN50, and DN80, and enters the barrel through two to three inlets. In addition, there are six to eight holes on each layer of the frame to enter, and qualified liquid is discharged through multiple holes on the small flange of each layer of the mesh plate, ensuring both liquid inlet and outlet, and achieving a filtering area to ensure high flow rate.
3. The filtration area of this machine is large, with a filtration area of 20 square meters, a small volume, and a small footprint. The filter machine only consists of 40 layers.
4. This machine has a large storage capacity for particles and activated carbon, with a frame height ranging from 1.5 cm to 5 cm.
5. This machine comes in two types: room temperature type and temperature insulation type. The insulation type is suitable for filtering viscous liquids and low-temperature crystalline liquids. This machine can be used for steam heating, hot water circulation insulation, and thermal oil electric heating, thus solving the problems of liquid filtration in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverage industries.
