After being collected, organic waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption equipment under the negative pressure of the fan. Activated carbon adsorption is developed based on the principle of the porous and attractive properties of activated carbon. Due to the presence of unbalanced saturated molecular or chemical bond forces on the surface of a solid, when the solid surface comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption. The activated carbon adsorption method used in this process utilizes the properties of solid surfaces. When exhaust gas comes into contact with porous activated carbon with a large surface area, pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the solid surface of the activated carbon, thereby separating from the gas mixture and achieving the purpose of exhaust gas treatment.

(4) Check whether the connecting parts and bolts of the rack are loose, and adjust and tighten them accordingly;

4. If there is a paint mist filter layer: Regularly clean the particles in the paint mist layer to prevent an increase in wind resistance and reduce the treatment effect. The paint mist layer is a movable structure that can be opened and closed for cleaning. The cleaning cycle can be determined according to the actual situation, and the spray painting exhaust gas is generally once every two days.
