The coal activity analyzer is used to determine the chemical reactivity of coal and coke with carbon dioxide, that is, the reduction ability of coal to carbon dioxide under certain high temperature conditions. This instrument has the advantages of fast heating speed, good insulation performance, accurate temperature control, and sensitivity. Compliant with the requirements of GB/T220-2001 "Determination of Chemical Reactivity of Coal to Carbon Dioxide", it can be used by units such as coal, chemical, building materials, power, metallurgy, geological exploration, and scientific research departments.
2、 Instrument structure and main features
The instrument consists of three main parts: a carbon dioxide purification system, a reactor, and a gas analyzer:
1. Purification system: including carbon dioxide stabilizing gas storage cylinder, pressure gauge, gas washing cylinder, gas drying tower, gas flow meter
2. Reactor: Silicon carbon tube vertical tube furnace, with a maximum heating temperature of 1350 ℃, equipped with quartz reaction tubes that can withstand temperatures up to 1500 ℃ The temperature control adopts the SW-2 digital temperature controller with high temperature control accuracy, clear reading without parallax, and automatic constant temperature control throughout the range of 0-1600 ℃, making operation and use very convenient
3. Gas analyzer: The measurement range is 0-100%, with an accuracy of ± 2%
