Activated carbon adsorption tower for spray painting waste gas workshopWorking Principle:
The workshop contains organic gases or particulate matter that are collected by a hood and transported through pipelines into an activated carbon tower. When the organic gas enters the tower, the wind speed gradually decreases, and the larger particles and impurities contained in the gas naturally settle into the bottom of the tower. The organic gas dissolved in the gas flows into the activated carbon filter layer along with the gas flow. When the organic gas enters the carbon layer, it is adsorbed into the carbon by the activated carbon, and the dried air passes through the carbon layer into the exhaust chamber. The gas is mechanically self absorbed and discharged into the atmosphere During the adsorption process of the activated carbon layer, the carbon will have a saturation period, and the length of the activated carbon saturation process is directly related to the concentration of gas contained inside the gas itself and the length of working time.
Activated carbon adsorption tower for spray painting waste gas workshopIt is a dry exhaust gas treatment equipment. Composed of a box body and an adsorption unit loaded inside the box body. According to the number of adsorption units and air volume, the activated carbon adsorption box can be divided into multiple specifications, and different fillers can be selected to treat various types of exhaust gases
The activated carbon adsorption tower in the paint exhaust workshop mainly includes three categories:
1. Acidic waste gas and acid mist
2. Alkaline waste gas
3. Organic waste gas and odor (benzene, phenol, alcohol, ether, tincture)
Characteristics of Activated Carbon Adsorption Tower in Spray Painting Waste Gas Workshop:
1. High adsorption efficiency and strong ability;
2. The equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, simple and convenient maintenance and management, and low operating costs;
3. Capable of simultaneously processing multiple mixed organic waste gases;
4. Adopting automated control operation design, easy to operate;
5. Fully enclosed type, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The activated carbon adsorption box meets the comprehensive emission standards of GB16297-1996 for air pollutants after purification of exhaust gas with a concentration below 1000mg/m3.
