The AY series centrifugal oil pump is a modified and redesigned version of the old Y-shaped oil pump
The bearing components have replaced the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies, respectively, improving reliability.
The hydraulic flow section adopts a high-efficiency energy-saving pump hydraulic model, which has an average efficiency 5-8% higher than the old Y-shaped oil pump.
To maintain inheritance, the structural form, external installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of the AY series oil pump are kept the same as those of the old Y series oil pump, making it easier for old devices to be updated and renovated.
The degree of component universality is high, and the universal standard parts are shared by several specifications of products.
◇ The selection of materials is refined, with the main body mainly composed of Class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased to cast steel and iron, providing favorable conditions for outdoor use and marine use in cold regions.
There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
