Product Introduction

The host adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder host, with a gap sealed oil cylinder, two columns, and a double screw frame structure. The upper test space is used for tensile testing, while the lower test space can be used for compression, bending, and shear testing of the specimen (corresponding auxiliary equipment needs to be added). The lower crossbeam lifting adopts a cycloidal gear reducer, sprocket, chain, and screw pair transmission to achieve adjustment of stretching and compression space. The main oil cylinder adopts a honing oil cylinder, and the oil pressure sensor measures the force (precision level requires a load sensor to measure the force, which is a special configuration). The automatic hydraulic clamping system is convenient for clamping samples and has good stability. The configuration of relevant accessories can complete the testing of steel bars, metal specimens, steel hinge wires (the host needs to be modified), cables, fasteners, concrete and other samples, mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending and shear tests of metals and non metals. Suitable for fields such as metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, universities, research institutions, etc. The experimental operation and data processing comply withGB228-2010The requirements of the "Tensile Test Method for Room Temperature Materials and Metals".
