Product Introduction
This device consists of mechanical force application, sensor torque detection, photoelectric encoder angle display, machine base, and other parts. It is suitable for conducting torsion tests on various torsion springs and scroll springs, measuring the torque of the spring at a certain angle, or measuring the rotation angle of the spring at a certain torque. It can also be used for torsion tests on other elastic components and friction mechanisms. This testing machine drives the torsion spring to perform reciprocating motion through the transmission of motors, reducers, and gears, achieving the detection of the torsion performance of the torsion spring.

Twisting torque and angle are displayed on a LCD screen, and angle measurement uses an angular displacement sensor (photoelectric encoder), which can automatically correct the angular displacement of the torque sensor.
The torsion testing machine also has functions such as peak holding, overload protection, stiffness calculation, result printing, data query, motor loading, left and right rotation can be freely selected, compact structure, simple operation, fast detection speed, and the test piece is horizontally placed between two torque discs during measurement.
