The series 8327 valve is from my home, and the second "position (3/2) solenoid valve is designed for universal use. The valve is made of rough brass or
stainless steel. Series 8327 valves may provide a universal purpose or explosion-proof/watertight solenoid. operation
Normally closed: suitable for pressure under electromagnetic excitation. The solenoid valve is disconnected: flow from port 2 to port 1. Port 3 is closed.
Electromagnetic energy: flowing from port 3 to port 2. Port 1 is closed. Normally open: suitable for pressure during electromagnetic disconnection.
Electromagnetic distance: Flow from port 1 to port 2. Port 3 is closed. Electromagnetic energy: flows from port 2 to port 3. Port 1 is closed. Universal normally open, normally closed
Insert the core/component of the stop washer into the slot. Please make sure to use appropriately sized washers.

The body. The core spring is installed during the core/insertion assembly work. The core of spring is protruding from the core towards the end. Install electromagnetic base gaskets and electromagnetic foundation sub assemblies. The torque electromagnetic basic assembly is 260 ± 25 in lbs (30 ± 3Nm).

Applicability:
1. Medium characteristics
1) Select different types of solenoid valves for gas, liquid, or mixed states;
2) Products with different specifications and medium temperatures may cause the coil to burn out and the sealing components to age, seriously affecting their lifespan;
3) The viscosity of the medium is usually below 50cSt. If it exceeds this value and the diameter is greater than 15mm, use a multifunctional solenoid valve; When the diameter is less than 15mm, use a high viscosity solenoid valve.
4) When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, a backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. When the pressure is low, a direct acting diaphragm solenoid valve can be selected;
5) If the medium flows in a directional manner and backflow is not allowed, it needs to flow in both directions;
6) The medium temperature should be selected within the allowable range of the solenoid valve.
2. Pipeline parameters
1) Select valve ports and models based on the requirements of medium flow direction and pipeline connection method;
2) Select the nominal diameter based on the flow rate and valve Kv value, or choose the same pipe inner diameter;
3) Working pressure difference: Indirect pilot type can be selected for low working pressure difference above 0.04Mpa; For low working pressure differentials close to or less than zero, direct acting or step-by-step direct acting must be selected.

Preventive maintenance ensures that the medium fl passing through the valve is free from dirt and foreign objects. During service, valves should be operated at least once a month to ensure proper opening and closing.

It is recommended to periodically inspect the internal parts of the valve for damage or excessive wear based on the medium and service conditions. Thoroughly clean all components. If worn or partially

Valve disassembly
1. Disassemble the valve and use an exploded view to identify the cation and position parts in an orderly manner.
