Innovative technology:

Wet materials enter the internal heating fluidized bed through the feeding device, and nitrogen gas enters the fluidized bed as a fluidization medium. Under the action of hot nitrogen gas, fluidization is formed in the built-in heat exchanger area. Steam is passed through the heat exchanger in the drying section, and most of the heat required for material dehydration is provided by the heat exchanger; The dried material enters the fluidized bed cooling section for cooling, and the cooling capacity of the cooling section is provided by the cooling water in the heat exchanger. The qualified products that have been dried and cooled are discharged into the internal heating fluidized bed. Nitrogen carries away water vapor and trace dust from the internal heating fluidized bed, and after being subjected to cyclone dust removal and high-efficiency washing tower dust removal and cooling, they are recycled.
