Usage:
The ABS PS household appliance shell crushing, cleaning, and recycling production line is mainly used to process various types of discarded large hollow household appliance shells, such as TV shells, computer shells, refrigerator shells, washing machine shells, air conditioning shells, car battery shells, electric vehicle battery shells, etc. It is used for dismantling and crushing, salt water flotation, dehydration and drying, rubber bouncing separation, electrostatic sorting, and separating impurities and metals from materials to make high-purity engineering raw materials, which can be recycled again. Firstly, the recycled hollow ABS PS household appliance shells are disassembled and broken into small pieces, then subjected to high-speed friction scrubbing to remove surface stains, followed by rinsing with salt water to remove some impurities, and then rinsing with clean water. After centrifugal spin drying and hot air drying, metals, rubber, and impurities are separated through bouncing sorting machines and electrostatic sorting machines to obtain high-purity engineering raw materials. It can be made into particles for regeneration and recycling.
