l、 After assembling the base plate and columns, place them at the designated site.
2. Clean the base and install the oil cylinder on the bottom plate. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the oil cylinder port facing the back.
3. When installing the oil pan, the material barrels on both sides of the columns must be fixed on top of the oil pan.
4. Place the bottom pad and porous plate on top of the oil pan.
5. When installing the cylinder, be careful not to damage other connecting components.
6. After installing the top plate, tighten the nuts firmly with specialized tools. After tightening, loosen by 1/4 turn and lock the fastening bolts tightly.
7. Lock the left nut and install the top plate bracket on the bolt.
8. The upper material cylinder bracket of the oil pan is connected to the reinforcing ring B and fixed with bolts.
9. The oil outlet pipe of the pump box should be firmly connected to the oil inlet.
10. Connect the heater power supply and control circuit at the same time.
11. When the power supply is 380V, 2P of the two wires in the electrical box are connected to the 220V power supply, and 3P is connected to the 380V power supply.
12. After assembly, add the prepared hydraulic oil.
13. Turn the motor backwards and put on the V-belt.
4Machine operating program

2. When used in spring, autumn, and winter, please turn on the heating power (60-90 degrees), and when used in summer, please turn on the heating power (50-70 degrees).

6. Place the cushion plate properly and cover the top plate.
7. Rotate the work switch to the automatic position and press the work button to start working. (If the control lever is in the unloading position, the main engine piston will not work.).
8. After the machine starts working normally, the main engine begins to press oil. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches 60mpa, the pump stops working and the pressure gauge drops. When the pointer reaches 54mpa, the pump automatically starts working, and when it reaches 60mpa, the pump stops automatically, repeating this processAfter a few times, the time interval between starting and stopping becomes longer and longer. When a drop of oil drips from the lower part of the barrel every 3-4 seconds, all oil extraction ends.
9. After the oil pressing is completed, please press the stop switch of the pump and pull the control lever. When there is a gap between the top plate and the column of the main engine, open the top cover and push the control lever to stop unloading.
10. Press the start button, the host starts to work, and the Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) starts to move up. After the oil residue is removed from the barrel, the machine stops working. After the Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) is taken out, the operation is completed.
11. Sesame, almond and other oilseeds should be fully stir fried and completely smoked before pressing oil.
12. Pine seeds and other oilseeds contain a lot of oil, so it is best not to use this equipment. If it is necessary to use it, it should be packed with special fabric and placed in a material cylinder for operation.
5Precautions
1. After adding fuel, cover it with a cushion plate.
2. Please place the top plate completely before turning on the power.
3. If the pressure gauge does not show pressure after the pump starts working. Please open the fuel tank cover and adjust the overflow valve cover of the plunger pump core (with a hexagonal screw in the middle). When the pressure gauge shows 40mpa and the system is working normally, then adjust the two on both sidesThe overflow valve cover of the small pump core. Even the pressure gauge shows 60mpa. At this time, the system should be functioning normally. If there is any abnormality (such as severe vibration, loud noise, etc.), please stop the machine and check whether the fixing screws of the hydraulic system are loose, whether the pipeline leaks oil, and whether it is tightSecure the screws or replace the packing
4. After taking out the slag cake and removing the oil residue, it should be placed in an empty bucket.
5. When removing oil residue, internal pressure should be eliminated.
6. When the button is not working, please check the power supply.
7. When the piston rises slowly, the direction of motor rotation should be checked.
8. If the power supply is normal but the main engine does not press after the start button, open the fuel tank cap, remove the one-way valve assembly, clean the spring and valve needle inside separately, and install them.
9. The pressure gauge pointer does not rise after reaching 20-40mpa. Please open the fuel tank cap and check for oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, please replace the packing.
10. When the pressure gauge pressure exceeds 40mpa, the large pump core does not overflow and continues to work. When the pressure gauge pressure exceeds 60mpa, the two small pump cores do not overflow and continue to work. Please open the fuel tank cap and rotate the corresponding hex nut (overflow valve) in the opposite direction

11. Before testing the machine, users must reliably ground or zero the casing according to the regulations of the local power grid. The grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms, and the cross-sectional area of the wire should be greater than 6 square millimeters. It is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the staff to come into contact with the equipment during operation.
