The 9Z-15 silage chopper is mainly used for shredding and processing biomass such as cotton stalks, bark, branches, corn stalks, wheat stalks, straw, etc. It is widely used in industries such as power generation, papermaking, artificial boards, and ethanol extraction.
【 Main Features 】
This device can be paired with an electric motor, diesel engine, or a 30-50 horsepower tractor. The main engine consists of feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism, throwing mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism, protective device, and frame. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient movement, automatic feeding, safety and reliability.
【working principle】
Powered by an electric motor (diesel engine or wheeled tractor). The power is transmitted to the main shaft, and the active V-belt wheel at the other end of the main shaft transmits the speed regulated power to the grass roller through a V-belt, clutch wheel, gearbox, universal joint, chain, etc. When the material to be processed enters between the upper and lower grass rollers, it is clamped by the grass roller and sent into the cutting mechanism at a certain speed. After being chopped by the high-speed rotating cutter head, it is thrown out of the machine through the discharge port.
