The 9Z-13 silage and grass cutting machine consists of feeding mechanism, cutting and throwing mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism, protective device, and frame. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient movement, automatic feeding, safety and reliability.

a) Feeding mechanism: mainly composed of feeding platform, conveyor chain, grass feeding roller, fixed blade, fixed blade support seat, etc;

b) Cutting and throwing mechanism: mainly composed of a moving knife, a cutting disc, locking screws, etc;

c) Transmission mechanism: mainly composed of V-belts, transmission shafts, gears, universal joints, chains, etc;

d) Walking mechanism: mainly composed of ground wheels or walking rubber wheels, traction frames, etc;

e) Protective device: composed of protective covers, etc.

【working principle】

Powered by an electric motor (diesel engine or wheeled tractor). The power is transmitted to the main shaft, and the gear at the other end of the main shaft transmits the speed regulated power to the grass roller through a gearbox, universal joint, chain, etc. When the material to be processed enters between the upper and lower grass rollers through the conveyor belt, it is clamped by the grass roller and sent to the cutting mechanism at a certain speed for shredding. It is then thrown out of the machine through the grass outlet by the high-speed rotating cutter head.
