It can accurately and stably stir liquid solutions within a wide speed range, especially suitable for stirring small volume samples. It is a tool for petroleum, chemical, medical and health, environmental protection, biochemical laboratories, analysis rooms, and educational research.

Usage steps
Firstly, please check if the accompanying accessories are complete, and then install the fixtures in order. Both the workbench type and the digital display type include regulators. Check if the regulators are connected properly.
Add the solution and place the stirrer in the beaker solution. Fix the temperature control probe on the rubber clamp and insert the heating head into the solution without affecting the stirrer. Then plug in the power plug of the instrument first, turn on the power supply and turn on the speed control switch. The indicator light will turn on, and the device will start working.
The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start directly from high speed to avoid the agitator not being synchronized and causing jumping. Heating is controlled by a switch. Turn on the heating source switch and select the desired temperature. When the green light is on, it indicates that the heating plate is working, and when the red light is on, it indicates that the heating plate has stopped working. At this time, it enters a constant temperature state. When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited for solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the parts and prevent severe vibration
precautions
1. If the stirring element jumps or does not stir during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the current voltage is between 220 ± 10V. The speed should be gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start directly at high speed to avoid the stirring element not being synchronized and causing jumping.
2. A constant temperature magnetic stirrer is generally capable of long-term heating work, but it is necessary to ensure that the digital controller has been set and meets the experimental process requirements.
4. If leakage is found after long-term use, please check whether the heating ceramic tube is damaged, because the heating wire is 220V straight through, or check whether collision causes the circuit and insulation tube to fall off. If you do not understand the electrical principle, please do not dismantle or repair, and notify the manufacturer for repair.
