1、 Principle of ammonia desulfurization and dust removal device for 80T boiler flue gas:
The absorption process mainly involves the reaction of ammonia and SO2 in ionic form:
2NH3+H2O+SO2 → (NH4)2SO3
(NH4)2SO3+H2O+SO2 → 2NH4HSO3


The oxidation process mainly utilizes air to generate (NH4) 2SO4
(NH4)2SO3+O2 → (NH4)2SO4
NH4HSO3 +O2→NH4HSO4
NH4HSO4 +NH3 → (NH4)2SO4
Principle of ammonia based denitrification:
The NOX in flue gas is mainly NO and NO2, with NO accounting for more than 90%. The (NH4) 2SO3 produced by desulfurization is a reducing agent that can reduce NO in flue gas to N2. The main reaction equation is:
2(NH4)2SO3+2NO(g)=2(NH4)2SO4+N2


This principle can remove a large amount of NO without the need for catalytic devices, and the higher the sulfur content in the flue gas, the greater the (NH4) 2SO3 produced, resulting in higher denitrification efficiency.


2、 Process flow of ammonia desulfurization and dust collector for 80T boiler flue gas:Using ammonia water as the desulfurization absorbent, it is mixed with the flue gas entering the absorption tower. The SO2 in the flue gas reacts with ammonia water to produce ammonium sulfite, which is then oxidized with forced oxidizing air to produce ammonium sulfate solution. After cooling
