2、 EDI Ultra Pure Water Equipment Technology

EDI is a revolutionary advancement in water treatment technology. This technology applies the electric regeneration ion exchange desalination process to replace the traditional mixed ion exchange desalination process DI. The high desalination effect is achieved through ion exchange resin and selective ion membrane, and the combined process with reverse osmosis enables the water quality of the produced water to reach high specifications of 10-18M Ω• CM.

3、 Basic parameters of EDI ultrapure water equipment
1. Water supply: RO pure water, with a general conductivity of 2-20us/cm.
2. PH: 5.0-8.0 (Under this pH condition, the water hardness should not be too high)
3. Temperature: 5-35 ℃
4. Inlet pressure: 4kg/cm2 (60psi_1.5kg/cm2 (25psi)).
4、 Advantages of EDI Ultra Pure Water Module (Electric Desalination)
1. No need for acid-base regeneration: The operation of electric desalination is safe, and the treatment of wastewater becomes simple.
2. Continuous production: The production of electric desalination is continuous, eliminating the need for complex regeneration operations in the mixed bed process and reducing many backup equipment.
3. No need to treat waste acid and alkali: There is no neutralization and discharge treatment system for waste acid and alkali. The concentrated water from electric desalination can be directly discharged or returned to the inlet of RO (EDI has much less concentrated water than pure water).
