Fidelity starts from the probe end
Through 4, 6, or 8 FlexChannels ® Input, you can use the standard 1 GHz probe to detect the circuit. High performance single ended active probes or differential probes can be connected, or a TriMode probe can be used to simultaneously perform single ended and differential component measurements with one probe. Connect the TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel input and obtain 8 digital channels to enhance system visibility.
