Feed harvester

This machine is a green (yellow) harvester independently developed and produced by our company. After years of practice and the combination of high technology and new techniques, advanced double circular saw low disc harvesters and particle crushers are used to meet the needs of different customers at home and abroad for green (yellow) feed. Multiple cutting, sequential feeding, crushing (can be mint), and particle crushing can be carried out, Throwing, loading, and many other tasks on green (yellow) feed crops.

Product features:

1. A new type of corn kernel crusher has been installed, which can crush whole corn kernels. After being crushed by the crushing roller, the corn stalks, stems and other feed become smaller and softer, effectively improving the digestion and utilization rate of the feed.

2. The integrated low disc harvester solves the difficult harvesting problem of crops without rows or creeping, achieving the harvesting of green (yellow) feed under different planting modes and ensuring uniform feed cutting length.

3. The unique "Wood God" vertical feeding fixture, with the addition of a forced feeding step wheel, improves the overall reliability of the machine. The feeding roller has a self rotation function, which can reverse the discharge when the feed is blocked, significantly improving work efficiency.

The configuration of the chassis harvester and auxiliary dial improves the adaptability of the harvester and can be used for harvesting low stem crops and weeds.

5. The green (yellow) feed grinder adopts a disc structure to achieve multi-level material length adjustment, meeting different feed needs such as cattle and sheep.

6. The host is equipped with an operation monitor system and an air conditioning refrigeration system to improve the reliability and comfort of the machine and equipment.

7. High quality models adopt a continuously variable transmission hydraulic transmission system, which eliminates the need for frequent gear shifts and achieves front, rear, and variable speed, simplifying operations and improving work efficiency.

8. High quality hydraulic components are controlled by solenoid valves, using high-quality control units, integrated with safety seats, and operated by handles and buttons, in line with ergonomic design, with simple and convenient operation.
