Feed harvester

This machine is the latest green (yellow) harvester independently developed and produced by our company based on the prototype (4QZ-3000A/4QZ_2200A). After years of practice and the combination of high technology and new techniques, its nuclear components have new designs and reliable quality, achieving seamless harvesting. It has now become a green (yellow) feed harvester with advanced technology and complete functions. It adopts fully electric intelligent control and fully hydraulic drive, and can perform tasks such as cutting, sequential feeding, grinding (crushable), crushing, throwing, loading, etc. once.

Product features:

1. This machine adopts a "classic" integrated low disc harvester, which solves the difficult harvesting problem of no row and no tillage, achieves green (yellow) feed harvesting in different planting modes, and ensures uniform cutting length of feed. The cutting width is 2630mm, and the feeding pre pressing device, cutting wheel box, crushing device, and throwing tube are suitable for the existing 3-meter "Wooden God" harvester and can be cleaned extensively.

2. A new type of corn kernel crusher has been installed, which can crush whole corn kernels. After being crushed by the crushing roller, the corn stalks, stems and other feed become finer and softer, effectively improving the digestion and utilization rate of the feed.

3. A forced feeding step wheel has been added, and the feeding roller has a dual action function, which can reverse the discharge in case of feed blockage, greatly improving work efficiency.

4. The universal machine is designed to be compact, with a wheelbase of 2500 millimeters, using dual rotary hydraulic cylinders, rear wheel rotation, and a small turning radius. Equipped with a 270 horsepower Yuchai engine and a Jianglin 1000 series gearbox, it has strong power and reliable quality.

5. Self provided feed collection box (8.5 cubic meters), with an unloading height of up to 3.3 meters, achieving vehicle free operation, and equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven chain rake, which can achieve quantitative unloading and adapt to different vehicles. When operating under optimal driving conditions, it can also work with large vehicles by controlling the 270 degree rotating launch cylinder.

6. The host is equipped with an operation monitor system, air conditioning cooling system, and air heating system to improve the reliability and comfort of the machine and equipment.

7. The entire series of products adopt automatic blade cutting technology to ensure the sharpness of the blade, reduce the overall machine load, and ensure the quality of feed shredding.

8. The hydraulic components of this machine are controlled by solenoid valves, with high-quality control units and integrated safety seats. The operation is controlled by handles and buttons, which conforms to ergonomic design and is simple and convenient to operate.
