Double cone rotary vacuum dryer:
The double cone rotary vacuum drying equipment is a double cone rotary tank body. Inside the tank, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating under vacuum. The heat comes into contact with the wet material through the inner wall of the tank body, and the water vapor evaporated by the wet material after absorbing heat is extracted by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous flipping of the material inside and outside by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is increased, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved. Product characteristics
The double cone rotary vacuum drying equipment is a drying device that integrates mixing and vacuum drying. The process of vacuum drying is to place the dried material in a sealed cylinder, and use a vacuum system to continuously heat the dried material while vacuuming, so that the moisture inside the material diffuses to the surface through pressure or concentration differences. Water molecules (or other non condensable gases) obtain sufficient kinetic energy on the surface of the material, overcome the mutual attraction between molecules, and diffuse into the small pressure space of the vacuum chamber. They are then pumped away by a vacuum pump to complete the dispersion with the solid. Therefore, the double cone rotary vacuum drying equipment exhibits the following characteristics:
(1) In the vacuum drying process, the pressure inside the cylinder is always lower than the high gas pressure, resulting in fewer gas molecules, lower density, and lower oxygen content. Therefore, it can dry easily oxidized drugs and reduce the chance of material contamination.
(2) During the vaporization process, the temperature and vapor pressure are directly proportional to the moisture content. Therefore, during vacuum drying, the moisture content in the material can vaporize at low temperatures, achieving low-temperature drying. This is particularly suitable for the production of drugs with heat sensitive materials.
(3) Vacuum drying can remove the surface hardening phenomenon that is easily formed by atmospheric hot air drying. This is because the pressure difference between the inside and the surface of the vacuum dried material is high, and under the pressure gradient, moisture quickly moves to the surface, without surface hardening.
(4) During vacuum drying, the temperature gradient between the inside and outside of the material is low. Through reverse osmosis, the moisture can move and collect independently, effectively overcoming the phenomenon of separation caused by hot air drying.
