Application and Scope of 2BVA Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump and Compressor:
The 2BVA series vacuum pump is suitable for extracting gases and water vapor, with a suction pressure of up to 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the vacuum pump works for a long time at a suction pressure below 80mbar, 4 cavitation protection pipes should be connected to protect the pump; If equipped with a large steam injector, the suction pressure can reach 10mbar, and the injector can be directly installed on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, its maximum pressure can reach 0.26mbar (absolute pressure).
Due to the isothermal compression process of gas during operation, water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are less prone to danger when compressing and suctioning flammable and explosive gases, and should be more widely used.
