This series is suitable for various plastic hollow products such as 10L-50L plastic buckets, toolboxes, hollow table boards, seats, automotive parts, etc. made of PE/PP/PS.
Adopting a gear rack synchronous centering two pull rod clamping device, with a hydraulic cylinder directly pressing and locking the mold. The template has a large effective mold area and wide adaptability to molds.
Adopting a storage type die head, the main flow channel components are made of high-quality diluted alloy steel, with high surface hardness and fast injection of tube blanks.
Standard wall thickness control system can be selected according to product requirements to control the thickness of the mold.
Alternative functions: Wall thickness controller, visual liquid level line, multi-layer co extrusion.
