The bottled water filling production line consists of the following three parts:

③ Blow molding and filling system: blow molding machine, bottle sorting machine, capping machine, filling machine, lamp inspection equipment.

The purified water equipment is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), and the PC human-machine interface monitors all equipment operating parameters and conditions in real time,

Timely feedback on problem outbreak points and intelligent provision of corresponding solutions to ensure stable operation of the equipment in a short period of time.

The bottles enter the three in one filling machine through the air duct, and are respectively rinsed with sterile water, filled, and sealed. After completing the sealing process

The semi-finished products are driven by the conveyor belt and undergo light inspection on the bottled purified water production line in sequence to check for impurities in the finished products

Spray code (with production date), label (with introduction of product ingredients), and pack (with film or cardboard packaging)

When the output is large, a palletizing machine can also be equipped. If a cardboard packaging machine is chosen as the packaging form, bottled pure water production can be carried out

The line also needs to be equipped with a blow dryer to dry the bottle body to avoid wetting the cardboard box. The entire bottled purified water production line has achieved fully automated operation.
