200 tons of secondary reverse osmosis+EDI equipment
Through a unique design, the incoming water passes through a freshwater chamber filled with renewable resin, allowing impurities and ions in the water
Product details
EDI (Electrodeionization), also known as Electrodeionization technology in Chinese, is a new mature water treatment technology that combines two mature deionization technologies - electrodialysis deionization technology and ion mixed bed deionization technology.
It uses a unique design to allow the incoming water to pass through a freshwater chamber filled with renewable resin, allowing impurities and ions in the water to be adsorbed by the resin, thereby obtaining purified water. And the resin is regenerated without pollution under the action of direct current electric field cracking water, thus maintaining its activity. The released impurity ions will move in a directional manner under the action of a direct current electric field, enter the concentrated water chamber through an ion selective membrane, and be carried away by the concentrated water.
This purification process continues: purification ->regeneration ->purification... to achieve the goal of continuous and efficient production of high-purity water.

200 tons per hour of secondary reverse osmosis+EDI equipment (as shown in the above figure))
EDI inlet requirements:
◆ The inlet is a secondary reverse osmosis inlet with a water quality of ≤ 25uS/cm
Ph=7-9 (optimal inlet water between 7.0 and 8.0)
◆ Temperature: 5-35 ℃
Hardness: (CaCO3 meter): ≤ 1.0ppm, optimal ≤ 0.1ppm
◆ SiO2≤0.05ppm
◆ TOC≤0.5ppm
◆ Cl2≤0.01ppm,O3≤0.01ppm
◆ Inlet pressure: ≤ 0.4mpa, minimum 0.15mpa
◆ Outlet pressure: The pressure on the concentrated water and extreme water sides is lower than the outlet pressure of the product water
EDI product features:
1. The ultra long purified waterway design allows for a larger inlet stroke, longer purification time, and stable effluent quality;
2. Independent sealing ring design to prevent membrane leakage;
3. No need for cleaning, no need for regeneration;
4. Concentrated water and extreme water recycling effectively save usage costs;
5. Easy to operate and maintain, more convenient to use;
6. Independently design and manufacture components to ensure stable product quality.
