This series of equipment is mainly used for flushing, filling, and sealing carbonated beverages such as soda, cola, and carbonated drinks. Reasonable structure, safe operation, and easy maintenance. Changing the bottle shape does not require adjusting the overall equipment, only replacing the arc-shaped guide plate, dial wheel and other components that come into contact with the bottle mouth and body. All parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality food grade stainless steel, with no dead corners in the process and easy to clean.
1、 Equipment composition

2、 Technical features
1. The whole machine adopts a suspended bottle mouth conveying structure, which makes the operation of the entire line more reliable. Different bottle shapes only require adjusting the height of the empty bottle conveyor belt and a small number of accessories, while the height of the bottle discharge conveyor belt does not need to be adjusted, making it faster and easier to change bottle shapes.
2. Using spring type flushing pliers, empty bottles are automatically flipped 180 degrees along the track to flush the inside of the bottle. The flushing nozzle of this machine adopts a plum blossom shaped porous design to thoroughly flush the corners of the bottle bottom, resulting in high flushing efficiency.
3. Using high-precision mechanical filling valves, filling is fast and the liquid level accuracy is high. The guide rod centering principle is adopted, which enables the valve to have a pre cover function, making the inflow and outflow of bottles more stable and reliable. It has functions such as no filling without bottles, and the bursting valve will automatically close during gas filling. It has CIP in-situ cleaning function.
4. The filling machine adopts a bottle lifting cylinder and a large rotary bearing support structure, which makes the machine run more smoothly.
5. This machine adopts a magnetic torque cap head to achieve the functions of grabbing and twisting the cap. The twisting torque is infinitely adjustable, and the constant torque twisting cap does not damage the cap, and the sealing is tight and reliable.
6. The rotary capping device adopts pneumatic capping, which has the functions of not damaging the surface of the capping, sending a signal when there is a missing capping in the hopper, and controlling the automatic capping of the capping machine.
7. The whole machine adopts a centralized lubrication system, making equipment maintenance and upkeep more convenient.
8. The whole machine adopts advanced human-machine interface operation, PLC control, variable frequency stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technologies. It has functions such as automatic control of the liquid level in the cylinder, no opening or closing of valves without bottles, waiting for missing bottles, and stopping the machine due to missing lids in the lid chute.
9. The parts in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel material, and the main electrical and pneumatic components are imported.
