After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
1、 Purpose and standards
10-18 high-pressure centrifugal fan is suitable for production process equipment, iron furnaces, combustion furnaces, and positive pressure in small and medium-sized fertilizer plants
The forced ventilation of fuel boilers can be widely used for material and grain transportation. Transporting air is a non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gas. Unless otherwise specified, the temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust content of the medium does not exceed 150 mg/m3.
This fan complies with the standard GB/T13275-91 "Technical Conditions for General Purpose Centrifugal Ventilators".
2、 Structural type
The fan is of single suction or double suction type, with a total of 17 machine numbers in the series. The ventilation fan can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed.
Looking from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise cyclone machine, represented by 'clockwise', and counterclockwise, it is called a counterclockwise cyclone machine
'Reverse' represents.
The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, and both 'left' and 'right' can be made at 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °
There are a total of 6 angles, 180 ° and 225 °. The transmission modes of the fan are A type, D type, and F type.

The D type bearing box is equipped with an oil level indicator from July 1st to 16th. The lubricating oil used is No. 30 mechanical oil, and the amount of oil added is according to the oil level mark
